A Bay Area general contractor is adding a Project Manager to run public school work under DSA. You partner with the superintendent and own the job from handoff through closeout.

What you will do

  • Run schedule, budget, scope and quality on K-12 projects, ground-up and modernization.
  • Manage the design team, subcontractors and suppliers through DSA review, inspection and closeout.
  • Lead the APM, project engineer and project admin.
  • Be the owner's main point of contact; produce cost reports and forecasts.
  • Keep prevailing wage, certified payroll and safety compliance tight.

What you bring

  • DSA K-12 project management experience (required).
  • 5+ years as a PM, with time as an APM before that.
  • Procore or a similar project management platform.
  • U.S. work authorization. Bay Area local.
