A rapidly growing beauty company is seeking an experienced Salon Manager to lead daily operations, develop high-performing stylists, and deliver exceptional client experiences. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands salon operations end to end, and knows how to build both culture and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision
- Lead, coach, and develop salon staff to ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency
- Monitor and evaluate performance across sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Foster a positive, professional work environment built on teamwork, accountability, and open communication
- Manage financial operations including budgeting, payroll, and basic accounting functions
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in salon management or a similar leadership role
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and retain high-performing teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing budgets and financial performance
- Knowledge of beauty industry products, services, and trends
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Understanding of applicable health and safety regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
