A top ten developer is looking for an Assistant Superintendent with experience in Multi-Family Projects, Apartments, Hotels, and Assisted Living construction. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Superintendent in managing the construction team on site
- Coordinate all aspects of construction, including scheduling, budgeting, and safety
- Work closely with project managers, owners, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest level of quality
- Enforce company policies and procedures, and ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols
- Assist with the training and development of team members as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to construction activities
Qualifications:
- Multi-Family, Projects, Apartments, Hotels, Assistant Living, and construction projects in Northern California
- Wood Frame Construction, TYPE III, TYPE II, building experience
- Experience with an affordable housing developer, General Contractor, or CM firm
- Strong relationships within the local sub-contractor industry
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint, Bluebeam, and Procore.
- Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
