A top ten developer is looking for a Senior Superintendent with experience in Multi-Family Projects, Apartments, Hotels, and Assistant Living construction. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the construction team on site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest level of quality.
• Schedule trades, and manage week-ahead reporting
• Preparing and defining the project scope of work, financial plan, goals, and deliverables.
• Tracking project deliveries using project management tools.
• Coordinating directly and indirectly with project staff to ensure successful completion of the project – Directing, supervising, supporting, and coordinating the project team members/staff.
• Communicating with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to establish cordial/effective working relationships.
• Reporting on project progress and sharing relevant information

Qualifications:

• Multi-Family, Apartments, Hotels, or Assisted Living construction projects
• Wood Frame Construction, TYPE III, TYPE II, building experience.
• Project Management experience with an affordable housing developer, General Contractor, or CM firm
• Strong relationships within the local sub-contractor industry
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint, Bluebeam, and Procore.
• Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
