Responsibilities:

• Estimate civil construction projects: grading, utilities

• Use HCSS HeavyBid software for estimating

• Obtain pricing from vendors and subcontractors

• Lead bid reviews and coordinate with Business Development

• Maintain client relationships in the private sector

Requirements:

• 5+ years of civil construction estimating/cost control experience for both public and private construction projects

• Proficiency in HCSS HeavyBid software

• Knowledge of federal, state, and local construction standards

• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and soil reports

• Clean driving record; occasional site visits required

• Background check, driving record check, and drug screening required

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AgTek, BlueBeam Revu, Viewpoint Vista, or PlanSwift software

• Experience in both public and private sector projects
  
  Compensation & Benefits:

• $95,000 – $170,000 per year + up to 15% incentive bonus

• $2,500/month toward medical benefits
