A leading hotel developer is looking for a Superintendent that will be responsible for providing management at the project level, overseeing and managing construction, cost expenditure, quality, schedule, design clarifications, specialty contracting, reporting to the Project Director, and hotel property coordination.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and schedule all construction-related activities for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with jurisdictional agencies, utility companies, consultants, design engineers, surveyors, and subcontractors.
• Implement company policies, procedures, philosophies, and necessary paperwork.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Deliver projects within the designated timeframes set by the company.
• Manage the construction process to achieve a high-quality hotel in line with company standards.
• Maintain job site safety and prevent hazardous situations.
• Interact with local governing jurisdiction to obtain necessary inspections and approvals.
• Mentor, train, and motivate Assistant Superintendents, General Contractors, and Specialty Contractors.
• Review incoming inventory deliveries for product quality, quantities reflecting purchase order, and presence of all required materials prior to commencement of construction.
• Manage and control direct and indirect construction expenditures in the absence of a Project Director or Project Manager.
• Interpret blueprints accurately to achieve desired results.

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HOTEL CONSTRUCTION.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in Construction.
• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or management is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in general computer skills.
